"Bernie came out to give me an estimate an a complete air conditioner, furnace and ducting system and to relocate the new AC condenser to the side of the house. First impression he got here 10 min before the appointment, very friendly personable courteous and professional. Explained everything he is going to do, he gave me a killer price on the job, i said let's do it, later i changed my mind wanting a different brand name system he was very helpful and immediately changed my order didn't give me any attitude. Few days later they came back for the actual installation everything went butter smooth. They put tarps down to protect the carpet everything went without a hitch i totally trusted him on the work and i wasn't worried if something is going to be missing later.
