Their office staff worked with our insurance company after hours and actually updated us (what company does this these days) the entire way. Brian was on time, personable, and obviously experienced since he installed my Wifi thermostat when three other places I called either blew me off or would not do a wifi installation. Also, a very nice handyman who did other work for me tried to install it but could not make it work. Sok I was worried he would encounter problems, but he did the installation quickly, noting that he did not need the jumper provided by Ecobee since the furnace installer had left a fifth wire he could use. (So, he obviously knew what he was doing). He provided me with the code from the thermostat so I could set it up on my phone app. AND...he did all of this remotely while I was in a another state! Finally, what he wanted to charge was only the standard fee I would expect for an HVAC home visit. I could hardly believe it.
